5 interesting things about the anglo-saxon

they dont go out to invade other nations, they only use their military for protection from like being invaded.

one of the laws is that if you steal, you'll get your nose or finger cut off

one of their main fears is being invaded by other nations.

thewhenwhen they die, they put their ashes in their pot or they have their bodies burned, and they'll take thier personal stuff because they belive they'll need it in the afterlife.

anglo-saxons do not live that long like we do, they only live up to around 40 through 50 years.

Grendel and Beowulf

one of my favorite part in the story of Grendel is the beginning when it first starts.

a powerful monster, living down in the darkness, growled in pain, impatient as day after day the music rang loud in that hall, the harp's rejoicing call and the poet's clear songs, sung of  the ancient beginning of of us all.

this is one of my favorite parts because the narration is just outstanding.

another favorite part of mine is when one of the people say

so mankind's enemy continued his crimes, killing as often as he could, coming alone, bloodthirsty and horrible.

its like wow what a way to describe someone.

and finally my last favorite part with Grendel and Beowulf    is  when  they say

let them beware, those who are thrust into danger, clutched by trouble, yet can carry no solace in their hearts, cannot hope  to be better! hail to those who will rise to god, drop off their dead bodies and seek our father's peace!

this part is great there is so much emotion and it was said by a great leader.

One thing that i have done that no one in my class may have done is, when i was in third grade me and my brother were wrestling in the back of a pick up truck. while we we playing i slipped off the top of the top and fell to the ground landing on my wrist and breaking it. and we tired to hide it from are parents but we were not successful. I had to go under surgery and i stared to begin my healing processes.

If i had to pick three adjectives to describe myself i would pick out going, bright and spontaneous

history of my name Christopher Orozco. Since i was younger i have been called Chris by my family and not long after people at school started calling me Chris. my last name orozco is on of a kind in my entire family. i am the only one in my family with the name orozco. I'm not sure how i got it. sometimes i think I'm adopted because I'm the darkest one in my family as well.
